Helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to what matters most
Osteopathy, Physiotherapy & Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy in Toronto’s West End
Life has a way of showing up in the body. Long hours at a desk, busy schedules, old injuries that never fully healed.
Over time, we adapt. We compensate. We push through, until something starts to feel off.
Whether you are dealing with persistent pain, recovering from an injury, or simply not feeling like yourself, this is where we begin.
Common Concerns I Work With
Chronic and persistent pain
Pelvic health concerns (all genders)
Concussion recovery
Injury rehabilitation
At the core of my work is a simple belief: your story matters
I take the time to listen, understand what your body has been through, and meet you where you are.
From there, we build a plan to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to what matters most.
And along the way, we will share a few laughs. Because healing does not have to be all serious.
Ways I Can Support You
Our Approach Goes Beyond Symptoms
-

Two Disciplines, One Plan
With both Physiotherapy and Osteopathy in my toolkit, your care is tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. We look beyond symptoms to understand the root cause, so your results last.
-

Your Nervous System Matters
Pain is often shaped by how your nervous system responds to stress, load, and recovery. Through breathwork, pacing, and targeted movement, we help calm sensitivity and support long-term change.
-

Movement That Builds Confidence
Blending Yoga, Pilates, and strength training, we use intentional movement to help you feel stronger, and more at home in your body.
-

A Space That Supports You
Bright, calm, and welcoming, the clinic is designed to help you slow down, feel heard, and focus on your healing from the moment you arrive.

My fascination with the human body started in a physiotherapy clinic in the Middle East, where I grew up. Two giant anatomy charts covered the wall with every bone, muscle, artery, and nerve carefully mapped out. I remember thinking: this is what I want to learn. From that moment, everything pointed in one direction.
